People
Names are not public yet. Every engagement is staffed from both benches, crypto and AI/ML, plus a joins lead.
How staffing works
Every engagement has someone from each bench and one joins lead. Those three people do the scoping, the review, and the retest. We do not bring in a different writer for the PDF.
You will know who is on the engagement before kickoff. We will not invent a roster to fill this page.
Crypto practice
On-chain and cryptographic work: contracts, circuits, clients, key custody, and the parameter writes that reach them. This role checks every invariant in the brief against every principal, including the ones that are models.
AI/ML practice
Artifacts, training and eval pipelines, tool-calling authorization, retrieval, and inference serving. The bar here is that model output stays untrusted input wherever it can turn into an action.
Joins lead
The hops between the two benches: agent-signed transactions, model-scored parameters, intent flows, keeper glue. This person writes the brief, runs the daily sync, and is the one who has to catch the finding neither bench would have seen alone.
Request a scoping call
If you want to know who would be in the room before you send a stack, ask on the scoping call.
